Bed was small and a little uncomfortable

We enjoyed our stay - the room was the largest we have ever stayed in during a skiing holiday - lots of storage space which is usually at a premium.

All the window tables at breakfast appeared to be reserved!!

I particularly loved the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the ones with three beds, making it perfect for families or friends traveling together.

The hotel seems to be understaffed during New Year, as our room was not cleaned for two consecutive days. the temperature control in the room was not functioning properly and the room was too warm at night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The location of this hotel is perfect - it is close to both the town and the ski lifts, making transportation very easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was also quite impressive. I appreciated the hotel facilities, especially the spa, which was available at a discounted rate. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location near the village center with easy access to restaurants and bars. The views from the balcony are amazing, especially at night. The spacious rooms are well kept and come with a refrigerator, which is great for storing snacks.

The restaurant staff can be disorganized and unaccommodating, with reservations seemingly required even when the restaurant is not full. Housekeeping can be a bit inconsistent with cleaning times.
